In recent years, "spirituality" has become an inflationary term that can mean everything and nothing. Between crystal collections, astrological memes and Instagram-worthy incense rituals, the actual core is often lost: the deep human longing for connection, meaning and inner truth. The true encounter with oneself, the recognition of one's own true being and the reason for one's own existence, the non-judgemental "I am who I am and that is enough". We don't need permanent, battle-like self-optimization.
Please don't get me wrong - I love magic and its moments - at the right time and for the right reason. But real spiritual development needs more than fairy dust, star oracles or pseudo-mystical terms. It needs the courage to be clear, the willingness to know oneself and the ability to face unpleasant truths - without losing oneself in the process. All it takes is the right attitude and courageous action.
I believe that spiritual practice does not have to be aloof or remote. It can and should be rooted in everyday life. In the way we listen. How we deal with crises. How we love and understand ourselves and other people, the whole of creation, how we fail, let go and start again.
Living spiritually does not mean rising above the human condition - but turning to it in all its depth. With all the light and all the shadows.
It does not mean constantly hovering in nirvana - but also walking through the dark nights of the soul. It does not mean claiming answers - but really allowing questions - and facing them.
Growth begins when we take responsibility for our thoughts, feelings and actions - instead of hiding behind cosmic excuses.
It is not about worshipping the “higher self” on a pedestal, but about lovingly integrating the human self.
Spirituality is not another tool for performance enhancement or self-promotion - it is a way of reconnecting: to yourself, to others and to life as a whole.
We don't need another method, a new ceremony or a new promise of salvation. What we need is space for honest introspection. For silence. For real encounters.
My offer is for you if you:
I believe in the wisdom of the body. In the intelligence of feelings. In the power of presence. In the moment.
I believe that inner work is political. That healing does not happen in a vacuum. That we grow in relationships. In genuine encounters. In listening, in mirroring, in being human.
I don't believe in instant enlightenment. But in deep processes. Not in perfectly practiced mindfulness - but in lived authenticity.
And: I take life seriously - but not always myself.
