The contents of the Think.Act.Achieve coaching

The coaching comprises 6 consecutive lessons:


Lesson 1 - Setting challenging goals

Know how to set your valuable goals - goals that really inspire you and go beyond your previous limits.


Lesson 2 - Understanding and changing belief patterns

"What is holding you back? - Dissolve old belief patterns"
Understand how your current thinking creates your results - and how to establish and maintain new ways of thinking.


Lesson 3 - Creating a new identity

“Change your self-image - enlarge your mental container”
Work on your inner self-image because you will never outgrow what you believe about yourself.


Lesson 4 - Moving through fear

“Breaking through the fear barrier - leaving the comfort zone”
Learn why you feel fear when making big changes - and how to consciously move through the fear.


Lesson 5 - Learning, doing - and growing

“Effective action - consolidating change”
Turn what you have just learned into concrete actions - focused, decisive, purposeful into a new automatism.


Lesson 6 - Harvest and continue sowing

“Patience, perseverance and integration - stabilize the change”
Trust the process: Everything has its time. Learn to keep at it, even if the results are not yet visible - until the harvest comes.
