This daily 5-minute routine every morning before getting up has the potential to give you a brilliant day full of manifestation. You set your energy system to the right vibration right at the start of the new day and clear negative energies that you have brought with you from sleep. While you sleep, your subconscious is often preoccupied with worries and fears, which continue to resonate in you after you wake up and can really spoil the new day.
This nightly preoccupation of your subconscious is certainly a signal that there are blockages and beliefs at work in you that need to be addressed. The following morning routine should therefore never replace the treatment of these blockages and beliefs. However, it serves to ensure that you do not carry these energies with you into the new day from the outset, but that you have the best possible start to the day. In this way, you draw into this day (and therefore into your life) everything that you want to manifest.
Start by breathing in and out to calmly arrive at yourself, to become centered and grounded. Consciously breathe in for 3 seconds and out for 4 seconds several times. As you breathe in, say out loud to yourself: “I come back to myself.”
This brings you back to yourself in the present moment from where you were always asleep - not to your three-dimensional self, but to your creator self, the self that creates, the self that receives.
Next you say, again while inhaling, “I am ready.”
This lets your body and mind know that you are ready for the day, its challenges and opportunities. This works because it eliminates all the clutter and anxious thoughts you brought with you from sleep and allows for peaceful, calm and centered thoughts.
One minute of morning breath work with centering into who you are - your true self, is the beginning of manifesting power - whatever you want to manifest - love, success, money, health ....
Now continue in the second minute with the embodiment of your fulfilled wish - embrace your dream life. Say from the bottom of your heart, "Now that I'm living my dream life, how beautiful it is." You are living it now, not tomorrow, not in a year - now. Go into these energies:
Put your shoulders back, smile and whisper to yourself: "I am already the version of myself that I have chosen to be." This aligns you with your chosen identity.
The third minute is for verbal activation. You speak your reality out loud:
You feel the vibration - words are energy. "I am" sentences have the highest creative power. You confirm your energetic signature with these sentences.
In the fourth minute, you choose a coordinated action for your wishes, dreams and goals for the day. Attuned here means strictly focusing on your wishes, dreams and goals. You ask yourself the question: “What would the highest and best version of me do today?” - it doesn't have to be anything big, but let your inspiration run free (if you're just planning to give a dear friend a treat or a compliment for the day - anything is ok as long as it harmonizes with your goals, wishes and dreams).
The fifth minute is for magnetic awakening in deep gratitude. Gratitude is endlessly powerful. Place your hands on your heart and say all the things you are grateful for - big and small things, whatever thoughts come to you:
This gratitude unlocks your receiving mode - it changes everything.
With this morning exercise, you carry out the entire creation process with all the essential steps and in the right energy, so to speak in a fast run - the morning execution takes place at the most receptive time of your mind and daily repetition consolidates the results.
