Everyone experiences stressful emotions such as fear, anger, sadness or stress throughout their lives. Such feelings are natural, but can become overwhelming and interfere with our everyday lives. It is important not to suppress them, but to understand them and find a healthy way of dealing with them in order to prevent them from embedding themselves silently and secretly somewhere in the body and then reappearing uncontrollably through triggers of some kind.
Whether through mindfulness, targeted self-reflection or professional support - there are many ways to regain inner balance. Once stressful emotions have become embedded in you, I will help you to find and resolve them. With me, you will find valuable impulses for recognizing and accepting stressful emotions and letting them go step by step. The focus is on your well-being and quality of life.
