Step 1 - The Foundation - Heart & Mindfulness
This module serves as the energetic and mental foundation for everything that follows. The goal is not merely to “learn mindfulness,” but rather:
To shift from the head to the heart—consciously, consistently, and reliably.
Objective of the module
By the end of this step, you will be able to:
- distinguish between head mode (reactivity) and heart mode (presence)
- consciously regulate your inner state
- achieve initial heart coherence
- integrate mindfulness into your daily life (not just during exercises)
- shift your focus from the outside to the inside
Struktur und Ablauf
The module is divided into three phases:
- Awakening of Awareness
- Connection to the Heart
- Stabilization & Integration
Phase 1: Awakening of Awareness
Your goal
Recognize your autopilot, and in turn, activate your awareness.
Content for you
- what is mindfulness really (beyond “sitting quietly”)
- the difference between reaction and conscious choice
- the difference between thinking and perceiving
- an introduction to observer consciousness
Tools that are available to you here and that you will learn to use
- 3-Minute Mindfulness Reset (3–5 times a day): How it works: Stop → Breathe → Observe → Move on
- Thought Tracking: Question: “What am I thinking right now?” - Goal: Create distance from your thoughts
- Trigger Check: When do I become emotionally triggered? - Goal: Awareness instead of judgment
Phase 2: Connecting to the Heart
Your goal
Switch from your head to your heart (you can consciously control this)
Content for you
- the heart as the center of intuition and coherence
- an introduction to heart intelligence
- distinguishing between emotion and feeling
Tools that are available to you here and that you will learn to use
- Heart-Breathing Technique (core exercise): Consciously directing your breath to your heart
- Emotional Activation: Recalling genuine heartfelt moments – Goal: Consciously generating the frequency
- Hand on Heart (anchor technique) – A physical anchor for immediate regulation
Phase 3: Stabilization & Integration
Your goal
Maintaining heart awareness in everyday life
Content for you
- mindfulness in everyday life (conversations, decisions)
- presence versus distraction
- energy follows attention
Tools that are available to you here and that you will learn to use
- Mindful living (speaking): Everything becomes a practice
- Heart check before making decisions – Question: “Does this feel expansive or constricting?”
- Evening reflection (5 minutes) – When was I in my heart? When was I in my head? What was the difference?
Daily routine in this module
- Morning (5–10 min)
- Heart-centered breathing
- Set an intention: “Today, I choose presence over reaction”.
- Throughout the day
- 3–5 mindfulness resets
- 1 conscious heart activation
- Evening (5–10 min)
- Reflection
- Moment of gratitude
Repetition = rewiring the brain (neuroplasticity)
