Objective of the module

By the end of this stage, you will be able to:


  • identify genuine (unconditional) goals
  • purposefully adjust your inner state
  • use visualization correctly (with feeling!)
  • recognize and neutralize resistance
  • act from your new identity

The stage is divided into 4 phases:


  • Clarity
  • Inner alignment
  • Manifestation (energy work)
  • Embodiment & implementation

Phase 1: Clarity

Your goal

Recognize true desires (not ego)

  • recognize the difference between “I should .…” and “I really want .…”
  • why false goals don’t manifest


Tools that are available to you here and that you will learn to use

  • Clarifying your desires

- Ask yourself: “What do I really want?”, “Why do I want that?”, “How do I want to feel when I achieve it?”

  • Truth Check

- Ask yourself: “Does this feel wide .… or narrow?


  • Goal reframing

- Not “I want to have X,” but “I want to feel this way .…”

Phase 2: Inner alignment

  • State of mind shapes reality
  • Emotion is the key

  • Anticipate the feeling

- Ask yourself: “How would I feel if this were already a reality?
- Create the feeling (daily)


  • Heart focus

- breathe into your heart
- activate the desired feeling


  • Identity work

- Write: “I am someone who .…“
- e.g.: makes clear decisions, is successful, lives freely

Phase 3: Manifestation (energy work)

Connect thought and feeling

  • Visualization only works with emotion
  • Energy amplifies images

  • Visualization (do it right!)

- imagine the situation
- create a feeling
- feel it in your body


DON’T just “think” about it!


  • Repetition

- 5–10 minutes daily
- Short but intense


  • Focus discipline

- Ask yourself: “Where am I directing my attention?
- Consciously direct your focus

Phase 4: Embodiment & implementation

Stabilize reality through action

  • Action is part of the manifestation
  • Identity → Behavior → Result

- Ask yourself: “How would I act if it were already a reality?


  • Micro-actions

- Small steps
- Every day


  • Trust

- Tell yourself: “I’m on the path - even if I can’t see it yet.

  • “I’m having doubts”

- Answer: “Doubt = mixed energy


  • “Nothing is happening”

- Answer: “You’re not in the right state yet


  • “I’m losing focus”

- Answer: “Then it’s a lack of structure - not ability
