Systemic Coaching - people as part of relational and contextual systems
Change arises from interaction - not from acting alone
Systemic coaching does not view people isolated, but rather as part of relationships, roles, and contexts. This is because many challenges do not arise “within us alone,” but through our interaction with our environment - at work, in relationships, or in complex life situations.
This is exactly where systemic coaching comes in: It clarifies connections, reveals dynamics, and opens up new avenues for action.
What is it about?
Systemic coaching is not just about goals or problems - but about the structures and interactions behind them:
- What patterns repeat themselves?
- What role do I play in certain situations?
- How do my behavior and that of those around me influence each other?
This perspective often leads to surprisingly simple yet effective changes.
How does it work?
Systemic coaching uses targeted questions, shifts in perspective, and clear process guidance. The focus is on helping you:
- See your situation from new angles
- Activate your own resources
- Break through entrenched patterns
- Make well-considered decisions
The goal is not to prescribe “the right solution” - but to help you develop your own, sustainable answer.
My Engagement in Systemic Coaching
I support people in positions of high responsibility in gaining clear insight in complex situations, making well-considered decisions, and leading effectively - both internally and externally.
My Target Audience
- Entrepreneurs and self-employed individuals with leadership responsibilities
- C-level executives or those in key leadership roles
- People facing challenging decision-making or transitional phases
- Individuals who have already achieved a great deal - and sense that “more” is not the answer
I don’t work with just anyone - but with people who seek depth, clarity, and substance.
My Approach
You won’t receive coaching in the traditional sense. You’ll be given a space where:
- Complexity is structured
- Dynamics become visible
- You gain clarity for decisions
- You regain your inner sovereignty
Most coaching approaches work:
- solution-oriented
- goal-driven
- method-based
My approach works at the level where the actual causes lie: within the system. This means:
- no superficial strategies
- no quick “tools”
- no optimization at any cost
Instead:
- precise analysis of dynamics
- targeted intervention at critical points
- sustainable change instead of short-term effects
I don’t see myself as a coach in the traditional sense, but as your sparring partner on eye level.
