Objective of the module

By the end of this stage, you will be able to:


  • become aware of your energetic state
  • distinguish between low and high vibrations
  • actively change your energy (not by chance!)
  • intentionally generate feelings (instead of waiting)
  • put yourself in a powerful state


Structure and process

This stage is divided into three phases:


  • Perceiving energy
  • Transforming energy
  • Stabilizing energy

Phase 1: Perceive energy

Develop an awareness of your own state

  1. What does “vibration” mean in practical terms? Your emotional and mental state
  2. Energy follows attention


Tools that are available to you here and that you will learn to use

  • Energy Check (several times a day)

- Ask yourself: How am I really feeling right now? High or low? Expansive or constricted?

  • Breath + Focus (instant shift, 2–3 min)

- Breathe deeply and consciously
- Focus on your heart
- Activate a feeling

  • Feeling Activation

- Ask yourself: When did I last feel genuine joy or love?
- Consciously “bring up” the feeling


  • Body shift

- sit up straight
- move
- release tension

Internalize: The body influences your state

  • Focus guidance

- Ask yourself: “What am I focusing my attention on right now?”
- Then consciously shift it

Phase 3: Stabilize energy

Stay energized

  • stability comes from repetition

  • Reset 3 times a day

- Pause briefly
- Be mindful of how you feel
- Realign yourself


  • Morning alignment

- Ask yourself: “How do I want to feel today?
- Set the condition

  • Evening integration

- Ask yourself: When did I feel high energy? When didn’t I? Why?
