Step 2 - Healing & Letting Go
Objective of the module
By the end of this stage, you will be able to:
- recognize emotional baggage (consciously!)
- distinguish between an experience and a stored emotion
- let go of old patterns instead of analyzing them
- forgive (without losing yourself)
- feel more free and at ease inside
Structure and process
This stage is divided into three phases:
- Becoming aware of past traumas
- Emotional processing
- Letting go & integration
Phase 1: Awareness
Your goal
Making invisible emotional patterns visible

- What hasn't been processed?
- How emotions are stored
- Why time doesn't automatically heal
Tools that are available to you here and that you will learn to use
- Emotional Scan
- Daily question (5–10 min): What am I really feeling right now? Is this feeling current … or old?
- Trigger Tracking
- Recognize patterns: Situation - Feeling - Intensity - Origin (if known)
- The Important Phrase
- Internalize: “What I’m feeling doesn’t always belong to the present” (it’s not current)
Phase 2: Emotional processing
Your goal
Don’t avoid your feelings - face them head-on

emotion ≠ problem
resistance intensifies emotion
feeling through = transformation
Tools that are available to you here and that you will learn to use
- Opening the Emotional Space (Core Technique)
- Consciously perceive the emotion
- DO NOT analyze it
- Localize it in the body
- Direct your breath there
Guiding principle: “I allow this emotion to be there.”
- Inner dialogue
- What are you trying to show me?
- What do you need?
- What are you protecting me from?
Goal: The emotion is “heard”
- Intensity work
- Consciously amplify the feeling (briefly!)
- Then let go
Phase 3: Emotional processing

Break the emotional bond

- Letting go is not the same as “forgetting”
- Reclaiming your energy

- Breathing + Letting Go
- Exercise: Take a deep breath and consciously let go as you exhale
- Visualization: Energy flows away
- Forgiveness Process
- Shift: Move from “I think it’s okay” to “I choose to let go of this attachment.”
- Letting Go Ritual
- Write down: What am I holding on to? Why?
- Consciously let go
