My journal
  • Choose your journal - whether it's a digital notebook or a classic diary, find the format that suits you best (i prefer to write by hand, as this reaches your subconscious mind better).
  • Set a routine - write daily to develop a habit.
  • Use specific questions - for example: “What am I grateful for today?”, “What have I successfully mastered today?” or “What can I improve?”
  • Be honest and non-judgmental - your journal is your safe space. Write without fear of judgment.
