The law of vibration is one of the fundamental universal laws and forms the basis for many other spiritual principles, such as the law of attraction or the law of resonance. It states that everything in the universe consists of energy and is constantly in motion.


Every object, every living being, every thought and every feeling vibrates at a certain frequency. Nothing ever remains absolutely still - even seemingly solid matter is in constant motion on a microscopic level. These vibrations not only influence your inner world, but also your outer reality.


How does the law of vibration work?

Modern quantum physics confirms what spiritual wisdom teachings have been passing on for thousands of years: Everything is energy. Even what we perceive as “solid” - such as a table, a house or our own body - consists of atoms that are constantly moving. Depending on the frequency of this movement, different forms of energy are created - some are visible to the human eye, others are not.


Each frequency attracts similar frequencies. This means:

  • High vibrations (love, joy, gratitude, confidence) attract positive experiences, fulfilling relationships and success.

  • What thoughts dominate my everyday life?
  • How do I feel emotionally most of the time?
  • Which people or environments influence my energy positively or negatively?

Your vibration is reflected in your emotions. If you are often stressed, anxious or frustrated, this means that you are vibrating at a lower frequency. On the other hand, if you feel happy, inspired and grateful, you are vibrating at a high frequency.

You can consciously change your energetic frequency. Here are some powerful ways to raise your vibration:

  • Healthy eating - Fresh, natural foods (fruit, vegetables, water) have a high frequency and have a positive effect on your energy field.
  • Enjoy exercise and nature - Sport, dancing, yoga or walks in nature raise your vibration and release energetic blockages.
  • Consciously choose music and media - Music that inspires you can immediately raise your frequency. Avoid negative news or content that increases anxiety and worry.
