Helpful tools for your daily practice
Journal for self-reflection as a loose-leaf collection: Journaling provides a space for self-expression as a powerful tool to promote clarity, mindfulness and personal growth.
Based on many years of experience in my own personal development, my journal is designed as a loose-page collection and consists of three parts:
“The best version of myself” - intended as a continuously evolving documentation of your self-image and your desired personality
“Daily introspection” - to reflect on your daily events from waking up to the evening reflection for each day
“Monthly reflection” - summarizes the key insights for each calendar month
